The map below shows approximate delivery times for ground shipments from our business to your area. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time Monday-Friday that are shipping Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Pacific time requesting these shipping options will ship the next business day. Orders requesting Ground shipping will ship within two business days, please add this to your estimated delivery time. For example, if you live in California and place an order on Monday and request Ground shipping, you order will ship on or before Wednesday and should arrive two Business Days later.

Next Day Air: UPS does not deliver packages on weekends except for Next Day Air Saturday Delivery. UPS charges an extra $10.00 for this service and this will be added to your shipping charges. If you are placing an order after 12:00 p.m. on a Thursday requesting Next Day Air and you want your order delivered on Saturday, please indicate you want Saturday Delivery in the "Comment" section of our order form. 

We offer FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $100.00. Your order must ship within the 48 Continental United States via Ground UPS and be over $100.00 to qualify. Orders shipping outside the 48 Continental United States do not qualify for free shipping.

Delivery times listed below are for Ground UPS service and are based on business days, which does not include the day your order was shipped.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) ordered, shipping method and delivery destination. Your shipping charges are calculated at the time your order is shipped to ensure accuracy. We do not make a profit on shipping charges.

Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Foreign Countries and those using an APO address.  Your shipping options are UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or Express or Priority Mail. The shipping charges for your orders are estimates only.  We will inform you of your exact shipping charges prior to shipping your order.  We will require your acceptance of these shipping charges before your order can be processed.  We are unable to ship any PetSafe products to Japan and cannot ship electronic pet products to Australia.  If your order is shipping outside the United States, you may be required to pay duties, taxes and other fees.  These costs will be your responsibility.
